Class of 2018 students and parents. With spring break and Easter weekend upon us, are things beginning to move a little too quickly for you this spring? So many exciting lasts….last spring break, last prom, the last “last” day of school. Thankfully, these are all usually fun, brilliantly colored events and I hope that is just the case for you. Nonetheless, I’d like to help you put a big ‘ole check mark by your to-do list item called – Graduation Announcements.
Graduation Announcements
As your High School career draws to a close, I can help you announce to the world that “you did it!”
There are three ways to do this with your Focus Photography by Susan session images. Play around a bit. Have some fun. Then give me a shout and we’ll knock one of those to-do list items right off your list.
One. Design and order with Susan. You choose a design from an extensive online catalogue. First choose the type of card (Graduation). Then play away. Choose shape & size, play with variations on colors and also with how many images you’d like on each side. You then tell me your top design choice and which session proofs you like the most and I do a mock up for us to review and tweak as necessary with your pertinent graduation and/or graduation party information. Your Greeting Cards pricing includes design time, two revisions, and envelopes. Pricing details can be found on p.14 of my After The Session page.
Two. Design and order right from your online gallery. It is possible to “Create a Card” right from your online session gallery using a more limited design catalogue. From your gallery, click the “Buy” button or any shopping cart icon and then choose “Create A Card”. For Graduation Announcements, you will choose “Any Occasion” from the design categories and then you are able to play with designs and images that you would like. You do the entire ordering process yourself online and can pay with a credit card. While the design options are more limited than having Susan design your card, we are able to guarantee quality and color accuracy because they are printed by our preferred twin cities based professional print lab. Pricing for these greeting cards shows up as you are designing.
Three. Purchase digital rights for individual images or as a set and design your own Graduation Announcements. If you plan to purchase digital image rights for one or many of your proofs, then you may choose to design your own graduation announcements. While you are welcome to use a printer of your choice for any image files that you have purchased, please know that my color is calibrated, and can only be guaranteed accurate, to my wonderful twin-cities based professional lab. Before making any large purchase (enlargements, greeting cards, etc), I recommend having a few small sample prints made from whatever company you plan to use so that you can make sure you like the color accuracy from that company.
